If a paid order’s product is out of stock, or if a product is returned due to a problem, or if one of multiple ordered products is out of stock and there is no possibility of restocking soon, a payment refund will be issued. In the case of a product return, the product must first be evaluated to ensure it is in resellable condition before a decision on the refund is made. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be initiated within 96 hours from the date of the refund request, and the refund will be made via the original payment method. For payments made using debit or credit cards, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account statement. If it does not appear within this time, please contact your card-issuing bank or email us at support@bdshop.com with your order number.
Refund Charges
There will be no charges for refunds — the exact amount you paid will be refunded. However, if the product has already been handed over to the courier or delivered, and you want a refund after returning it (for reasons not covered under exchange or warranty policies), courier charges and processing fees will apply:
Inside Dhaka: ৳100 per order
Outside Dhaka: ৳200 per order
Plus any applicable payment settlement fees.
These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Conditions for Discounts or Offers
If you received a discount or cashback through bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Visa, MasterCard, or Amex card offers, the discount or cashback amount will not be refunded. For example, if you bought a product worth ৳1000 for ৳900 through an offer, or received cashback after paying ৳1000, only the amount you actually paid will be refunded, and the cashback portion will be deducted.
