At eshomart.com, we strive to ensure that every purchase and product meets your expectations. However, if there is any manufacturing defect, if the product does not work upon delivery, or if the color or size differs from what was ordered, you are eligible for a product exchange or return.
If you are reporting a missing or wrong product, please check the package in front of the delivery person, or make sure to record an unboxing video. Without an unboxing video, we cannot accept complaints regarding missing items, broken products, or wrong deliveries. To avoid any confusion, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video.
We offer a 5-day replacement warranty on most products. Additionally, many items come with specific manufacturer warranties that become effective from the date of delivery.
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranties do not apply in the following cases:
- If the product has burn marks or physical damage
- Any type of software or digital product
- Products from clearance sales
- If warranty stickers or seals are removed
- Undergarments
- Missing accessories like chargers or adapters
- Free gifts or giveaway items
- Products with scratches, dents, or not in resellable condition
- Compatibility issues with third-party devices, software, or apps that are not part of the product’s default features
If you notice any problem with your product, please contact us immediately after receiving it. Email complaints will be given top priority. For small issues or help using a product, you can contact our call center or message us on Facebook for assistance.
When returning a product, please include all items such as the box, accessories, papers, warranty cards, stickers, labels, and any free gifts. The product must be packed properly, and no tape should be applied directly to the product box. Returns can be made by courier or delivered directly to our office. If pickup is available in your area, we will try to arrange it—but the courier charge must be paid by you in advance.
The product must be in resellable condition for the return to be accepted. If any part is missing or the box is damaged, the return will be rejected. If everything is in order, we will check the product after receiving it and process your refund within 96 hours.
If the product has a fault, we will bear the delivery charge (৳50 inside Dhaka, ৳100 outside Dhaka). However, in cases of change of mind or personal preference, all courier and transaction charges must be paid by the customer.
If a refund is issued, any cashback or gifts received with the order will be deducted or returned. The cashback amount will be subtracted from the refund.
